Taking the Proper Actions After an Accident May Help Your Case

• Call 911.
• Do not leave the scene of the accident before the police arrive (except to receive emergency medical treatment).
• Offer help to any injured person and/or seek medical attention immediately if you are injured.
• Obtain the name, address, telephone number and insurance information from the other driver(s).
